Yacine Mar Diop Diagne, President
Yacine Diagne is Captain Mbaye Diagne’s widow and the mother of his two children, Coumba and Cheick. She is the President of the Association.
Babacar Faye,
Vice-President
Brigadier General Babacar Faye is a former comrade of the Captain and current chief of staff of the office of military affaire of UN-DPKLO within the Senegalese Army. They served together in UNAMIR in 1994 during the Rwandan genocide. He is the Vice-President of the Association.
Enrico Muratore,
Secretary-General
Enrico Muratore served the United Nations in peace keeping operations and in various other capacities with OHCHR, OCHA, UNDP and UNICEF. He is the Secretary-General of the Association.
Makha Diop,
Treasurer
Makha Diop is a peace and environmental communicator and a gardener.
He is the Treasurer of the Association.
Coumba Kane Diagne &
Serigne Cheikh Mbacké, Assistant Secretaries
Coumba is Captain Mbaye Diagne’s daughter. She is the Assistant Secretary of the Association.
Cheick Diagne is Captain Mbaye Diagne’s son. He is the Assistant Secretary of the Association.

(1947 – 2013)
Doctor Félicien Adotevi has been the First Treasurer of our Association (2011-2013).
A golden hearted person, he dedicated his life to helping human beings and families.
